RAK4260 - Integrated LoRaWAN® and MCU SIP
The RAKWireless RAK4260 is a tiny LoRaWAN® Module based on the Microchip SAMR34 LoRa® SiP. Released in October 2019, the new module incorporates the Microchip ATSAMR34J18B LoRa® SiP, and at just 15mm x 15mm x 1.2mm, it's one of the smallest LoRaWAN® modules in the market.
The device supports an array of configurable peripherals such as I2C, SPI and UART interfaces, as well as 12-bit ADC.
A great way to start a new design with the RAK4260 is to purchase either a RAK4260-EVB evaluation board or a RAK4260 breakout module with easy access to GPIO's and serial interfaces.
