FT122 - Full speed USB device controller

The FTDI FT122 provides a cost and feature optimized USB full-speed device controller. The design builds on the FT120, by adding battery charger detection and internal clocking to reduce the PCB space required to complete the design.

The FT122 provides a cost and feature optimized USB full-speed device controller. The design builds on the FT120, by adding battery charger detection and internal clocking to reduce the PCB space required to complete the design. Communicating with a micro-controller over the generic parallel interface the device will appear as another memory device on the processor bus, offering USB connectivity with bulk, isochronous or interrupt endpoints.
