Flexible circuit antennas are becoming more popular in mobile
M2M (machine to machine) applications. These types of antenna
solutions perform very well at the higher frequency spectrum and
are ideal for GSM and 3G applications. The AMC-ANTGSMFLX09
is a slim form factor, antenna solution based on
this new flexible technology and is designed to connect
directly to most popular GSM / 3G modules or onto a mating
connector on the customers main PCB. It is ideally suited
for applications where there is limited space on the main
device PCB.
The AMC-ANTGSMFLX09-G100 is supplied as standard with
100mm RF cable and terminated with a standard IPEX MHI
(U.FL) antenna connector. Both cable length and connector type
can be customised for customers with volume requirements
(MOQ's may apply), although users should be aware that the antenna
is tuned for optimum performance using the standard cable length
and connector.
