The Alpha Micro AMC336SKT is a feature enhanced V.34 data modem module designed onto the industry standard Socket Modem footprint.
Our approved and "ready to embed" V.34 (33.6K) socket modem can substantially reduce development time and costs for system designers and integrators. Its compact and feature rich design offers data compression and error correction protocols, plus caller ID and quick connect algorithms. With connect rates from 300 to 33.6Kbps, the AMC336SKT dial up modem is ideal for applications that regularly need to send or receive data over standard telephone lines (PSTN).
