AMC127 High Voltage Darlington Opto-Coupler

The AMC127 is a high-voltage darlington optocoupler which can be used in a variety of applications where isolation is required between primary and secondary circuits. The opto transistor side of the AMC127 is capable of withstanding voltages of up to 300V without sustaining damage to the device. Designed for use in telecoms and datacoms equipment, the AMC127 is a suitable replacement to the TLP127 but offers increased isolation of 3750V compared with the standard 2500V.

The coupler comes in the standard 4pin mini flat package and can be used as a drop in replacement for designs already using the TLP127.
