AMC181 Surface Mount High Voltage Opto-Coupler

The AMC181 is a low cost, high voltage Opto Coupler, which can be used in a variety of applications where isolation is required between primary and secondary circuits.

The opto transistor side of the AMC181 is capable of withstanding voltages of up to 60 volts without sustaining damage to the device.  Designed for use in telecommunications and data communications equipment the AMC181 can be used as an ideal replacement to the TLP181 and is available in the standard 4-pin mini flat package, perfect for drop-in replacement in designs already using the TLP181.
