71M6513 and 71M6513H Polyphase Power Meter IC

Teridian's 71M6513 is a highly integrated System On a Chip with an MCU core, RTC, FLASH and LCD driver. Teridian's Single Converter Technology™ with a 21bit 2nd order delta-sigma ADC, 6 analog inputs, digital temperature compensation, precision voltage reference and 32 bit computation engine support a wide range of polyphase metering applications with very few low cost external components.

A 32kHz crystal timebase for the entire system and internal battery backup support for RAM and RTC further reduce system cost.

The OEM integrator Kit includes a Teridian Metering IC System-on-Chip development platform supplioed with cables, documentation and accessories required to start integrating instantly.

A separate flash programmer 80515-FPBM-TFP1 is also available to purchase. This provides a standalone, FLASH memory programming tool for Teridian Semiconductors embedded controllers.
